the G.O. first cited(copy enclosed) the schedule for the conduct of Joint Staff Council meetings for the Calendar Year 2026-27 was issued.

 

2.The Joint Staff Council Meetings under the Chairmanship of each Head of Department, as per the schedule, are to be conducted between 15th June to 30th June, 2026.

 

3.The Government is according highest priority to resolution of issues pertaining to employees & the Joint Staff Council Meeting is an important forum for addressing issues relating to the employees at the Head of Department level.

 

4.Therefore, all the Heads of Departments are hereby instructed to:

 

(a) convene the meeting before 30th June, 2026, if not already convened.

 

(b) resolve maximum number of issues within the Head of Department competence.

 

(c) forward the issues not in their competence to the appropriate authorities concerned.

 

5.The Heads of Departments are directed to take action as per the above & mail the minutes of the meeting (prisecy_serhrm@ap.gov.in) by 1" July 2026, so that the

 

consolidated information can be placed before the Chief Secretary to Government.

 

6.High Priority may be accorded to the conduct of the Joint Staff Council Meeting by all the Heads of Departments.
