Special Duty using inappropriate options*. All concerned are hereby to follow the guidelines below strictly.

 

1. **Special Duty:** Special Duty should be applied for only when the place of duty does not have a UDISE code.

 

2. **Deputation to Schools/Offices:** All schools and offices have UDISE codes. Therefore, if an employee is assigned to work at another school or office, they must apply for **Deputation by entering the UDISE code of the school or office where they are assigned to work**. There is no need to apply for Special Duty in such cases.

 

3. **CRMT Attendance:** CRMTs can mark their attendance at any school within their assigned cluster. They do not need to apply for Special Duty for this purpose.

 

4. **CRMT Deputation Outside the Cluster:** If a CRMT is assigned to work at a school or office outside their assigned cluster, they must apply for **Deputation by entering the UDISE code of the concerned school or office**.

 

All teaching and non-teaching staff are informed to select the appropriate option while applying for attendance-related duties. **Incorrect applications must be avoided.**
