Go to apcfms site (https://prdcfms.apcfss.in:44300)

Expenditure part క్రింద కనిపించే Bill Life Cycle Management (BLM) పక్కన ఉండే Workflow congratulation bill submit ను select చేసుకోవాలి

DDO ను select చేసుకొని క్రింద కనిపించే Application tile ను open చేయాలి

Right side క్రింద కనిపించే + గుర్తుపై click చేసి

Add Authorisation క్రింద Function లో 91 USC Number confirmation select చేసి position లో DDO ను select చేసుకోండి

తరువాత Declaration box tick చేసి save చేయండి

Data created successfully అని వస్తుంది

ఇప్పుడు home లోనికి వచ్చి top లో right side corner లో search button లో USC type చేసి select చేసుకుంటే క్రింద మనం save చేసిన data కనిపిస్తుంది

Final గా DDO biometric authentication చేయాలి

All the procedure could be done through either Edge or Firefox browser
