*​ప్రొవిజనల్ పెన్షన్ (తాత్కాలిక అభ్యర్థన పింఛను) పొందుతున్న పింఛనుదారులకు, మెడికల్ అలవెన్స్ (వైద్య భత్యం) మరియు అదనపు క్వాంటం పెన్షన్ (వయస్సు పైబడిన వారికి ఇచ్చే అదనపు పింఛను మొత్తం) పొందే అర్హతపై స్పష్టతనిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసిన డైరెక్టర్ ఆఫ్ ట్రెజరీస్& అకౌంట్స్*

 

Attention of all the DT&AOs in the state and the ATO, APCRT, Mangalagiri is drawn to the subject and reference 3rd cited. Wherein, the Government have issued following clarification on eligibility of medical allowance and Additional Quantum of Pension to those pensioners who are drawing provisional pension: -

 

"The Fixed Medical Allowance and Additional Quantum of Pension shall be sanctioned and disbursed only after the conclusion of the disciplinary/judicial proceedings and the issuance of final orders. These benefits shall be admissible and payable only on the sanction of regular service pension or family pension."

 

Therefore, all the DT&AOs in the state and the ATO, APCRT, Mangalagiri are requested to take action accordingly.
