All Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs) and Headmasters are hereby instructed to monitor the *Mid-Day Meal (MDM) scheme through the LEAP App on a daily basis.*

*In the HM Login of LEAP App, the Headmaster can nominate a teacher to taste the food before it is served to students every day.*

(HM Login → Governance → Mid Day Meals → MDM Daily Teacher Nomination)

*The list of teachers working in the school will be displayed, and the Headmaster can select the teacher.*

*The nominated teacher shall submit feedback after tasting the food in the MDM Daily Feedback module.*

*A questionnaire will be displayed to the teacher for submitting feedback.*

*A Parents’ Feedback option is also available in the Students’ Login of LEAP App. Parents can log in with PEN ID and Aadhaar Number and submit their feedback on the Mid-Day Meals.*
