*All HMs are requested to ensure that the details of all meetings and activities related to School Management Committees (SMCs) are uploaded in the LEAP App on a regular basis*.

*The information shall be uploaded month-wise, ensuring that all activities conducted during a particular month are updated within the same month*. *This shall be followed from June 2026 onwards without fail*.

*Henceforth, timely uploading of SMC-related meeting information in the LEAP App is mandatory*. *All HMs are requested to ensure strict compliance and keep the data updated every month*.
