All RJDSEs, DEOs, and Cluster Complex Headmasters are informed that:

1. The Cluster Complex Meeting is scheduled to be held tomorrow i.e., on September,20 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (3rd Saturday).

2. The agenda and proceedings, along with a minute-to-minute schedule, are attached. (Subject-wise video links will be shared shortly.)

3. Please follow the timelines strictly as outlined in the program sheet. These videos will be accessible on September 20th, 2025, after 12:45 PM.

4. Headmasters are requested to ensure proper internet connectivity in the Cluster Complex.

5. The Monitoring Form should be filled out by the Nodal Officer/Observer between 4:45 PM and 5:00 PM.

6. Ensure that there is no hindrance in the conduct of the Cluster Complex Meeting and make it a grand success!!
