 all the  RJDSEs, DEOs, and Cluster Complex Headmasters are informed that: 

1. The  Cluster Complex Meeting is scheduled for August 22nd, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (4th Saturday). 

 

2. The agenda and proceedings, along with a minute-to-minute schedule are communicated herewith.

 

3. Further, they are requested to engage the subject specific Resource Persons at the Cluster Level who are well-versed in their subjects. 

 

4. The Cluster Complex Meeting for the teachers dealing with  classes VI to X shall be conducted at the Mandal Headquarters for Non- Language School Assistants(Maths,Physical science , Bio Science, and Social Studies) at subject specific identified clusters.

 

5. In respect of SGTs, the meeting will be conducted for 50% SGTs at the cluster complex centres(at the revised centres)

 

6. The list of revised Cluster Complex Centres will be shared shortly on this platform.

 

7. Therefore, the RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to disseminate the above instructions to all the field level functionaries and ensure that there is no hindrance in the conduct of the Cluster Complex Meeting and make it a grand success!!
