New Service Enabled – Mobile Number Update

Dear Employees,

A new Mobile Number Update service has been enabled on the NIDHI Portal. Employees can now use this service to update the mobile number registered with CFMS.

📱 How to Update Your Mobile Number

1. Visit the NIDHI Portal.

2. Click on “Mobile Number Update” on the home page.

3. Enter your CFMS ID and click Continue.

4. Your existing mobile number and Aadhaar-linked mobile number will be displayed for verification.

5. Enter your New Mobile Number and click Get OTP.

6. The OTP will be sent to your mobile number registered with Aadhaar.

7. Enter the OTP and click Verify OTP to complete the update.

⚠️ If OTP Is Not Received

Please check the following:

- Aadhaar linked with CFMS ID: If your Aadhaar is not linked or is incorrectly mapped with your CFMS ID, please contact your DDO and complete the e-KYC process.

- Aadhaar-linked mobile number: If the mobile number registered with Aadhaar is old or incorrect, please visit an Aadhaar Seva Centre/UIDAI to
